Baking Day and a Break in the Weather

Took advantage of the break in the heat after last night’s rain to get some yard work done this morning.

Heading to the kitchen to bake soon. Experimenting with some new desserts: lemon bars, sweet potato muffins, brownie bites with a secret ingredient. Been sampling to some new vendors and hoping to get more outlets for those of you wanting to buy retail.

I want to thank everyone who has emailed me with compliments on our products. You keep us motivated on a Sunday when it would be tempting to play instead.

I own a gluten free bakery in Austin, Texas. Most of my accounts are small restaurants and cafes that focus on locally-sourced, mostly organic fresh food. My most popular items are bread and buns, but I also feature cookies and biscotti, adding some seasonal desserts when I have the time.
