Quickie Pickie has fresh Sweet Sorghum Sandwich Bread and Savory Onion Buns! I’ll be taking them more Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies late tomorrow afternoon.

About Misty Morning Bakery

I own a gluten free bakery in Austin, Texas. Most of my accounts are small restaurants and cafes that focus on locally-sourced, mostly organic fresh food. My most popular items are bread and buns, but I also feature cookies and biscotti, adding some seasonal desserts when I have the time. Hearing, "It's the best gluten free bread I've ever had," makes my day (and makes the late nights worth it)!

I just had one of these Salted Chcocolate Chunk Cookies at Once Over Coffee Shop in my neighborhood (2009 S 1st 78704), and it was as advertized – gluten free and better than a non gluten option. I’d choose this cookie over an ordinary one.

It is perfect for coffee and for coffee shop. The texture is soft but firm in the inside. The outside is just a little firmer and holds the cookie together so you don’t have to worry about it falling apart if you like to break off pieces and dip them in your coffee as I do.

It’s salty and sweet. Not too salty though. And the sweetness tastes of homemade caramel! So so perfect with coffee. And they are individually wrapped, so you can control crumbs in the car. I just put it in the drink holder, and the coffee in the other one and take the lid off to dip pieces when I’m stopped in traffic. 🙂
