We at Misty Morning Bakery believe gluten-free baked goods should look, feel, and taste as good or better than their wheat-based (and other gluten containing ingredient) counterparts. We also believe that a gluten free lifestyle should be one of inclusion, not exclusion. When eating in a restaurant, you need not be the odd person out. Your meal should look like and be equal to the other meals around you. A piece of lettuce in place of a bread product is not an acceptable substitute for a delicious, hand crafted, artisan baked bun or bread! When shopping at your local store or market we want to offer you healthy, tasty items that will remind you just how good a simple sandwich can be. We work tirelessly to create products that live up to that goal. We are continually envisioning and developing new delectable delights.

Our commitment to the gluten free community and the community at large does not stop with supplying the best gluten free products you will find anywhere. We constantly strive to do our part to create a better world. We buy organic, non GMO, Fair Trade, local ingredients whenever feasible. We buy from companies which share our values of social and environmental responsibility. We seek out companies who are wind or solar powered, employee owned, contribute a portion of their profits back to the community.

Misty Morning Bakery products are baked in a dedicated gluten-free, chemical-additive-free commercial kitchen.
